NOTICE - Information Security Notice By: Clerk of Courts, October 25, 2023 On August 1, 2023, the Broward County Clerk of Courts became aware of a potential information security issue, which may have allowed certain non-public records on our public website to be accessed without authorization. Upon discovery, we began an internal review and implemented additional security measures. The Broward County Clerk of Courts has taken the necessary steps to address this issue and is committed to maintaining all information with the utmost care and security.
